About Nexuswelt
Nexuswelt is an EU funding and innovation agency working with technology companies, research organisations and European project consortia.
We work across Germany and Cyprus, combining proposal and project development with hands-on delivery in communication, stakeholder engagement and innovation uptake.

Our strongest sector background is semiconductors, digital technologies and industrial innovation.
European Programmes
We work across Horizon Europe, Chips JU, Digital Europe, LIFE and Erasmus+, and in other programmes where our capabilities match what the project needs.
Cross-border Collaboration
We also support cross-border collaboration with Ukraine and with organisations in Horizon Europe Associated Countries, helping partners define contributions that fit European research and innovation projects.
Two ways to work with us
As a consortium partner
We join proposals where Nexuswelt takes responsibility for a clearly defined contribution, with its own tasks, resources and deliverables.
Typical roles: communication and dissemination, stakeholder engagement, exploitation and uptake, training, and project implementation support.
As a consultancy and delivery provider
We support organisations and project teams through agreed assignments in proposal development, consortium building and project delivery.
Each assignment has a defined scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.
Depending on the project and the agreed engagement, work is contracted through our German or Cypriot entity.
Meet Anna Lackner
Anna Lackner is the founder of Nexuswelt and brings more than ten years of experience in European innovation projects, with a background in semiconductors, IoT, digitalisation and Industry 4.0.
Her professional background includes long-term consulting work with Infineon Technologies in European innovation and technology projects. AIMS5.0 and SC4EU are part of her professional experience as a consultant to Infineon Technologies.
Her work spans project development, communication and dissemination, stakeholder engagement, impact and strategic positioning.
At Nexuswelt she combines that experience with an international network across research, industry and innovation organisations.
