Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all digital marketing services and educational programs:
– Bank Transfer (SEPA) – Preferred method for European clients
– Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
– PayPal – For international transactions
– Corporate Invoicing – Available for established business relationships
– Installment Plans – Available for qualifying purchases
2. Payment Schedule
Monthly Retainer Services:
– SEO Services, PPC Management, Social Media Marketing
– Payment due monthly in advance by the 1st of each month
– First payment due upon contract signing
– Minimum 6-month commitment for optimal results
– Auto-renewal with 30-day written cancellation notice
Project-Based Services:
– Website Development, E-Commerce Setup, LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns
– 40% deposit required to commence work
– 40% progress payment due at agreed milestone
– 20% final payment due upon project completion and approval
– Payment terms: Net 14 days from invoice date
Online Course Programs:
– EU Project Management Certification
– Digital Marketing Mastery Course
– AI-Enhanced Business Intelligence

Cancellation Policy
1. Consumer Rights (Private Customers)
14-Day Withdrawal Right:
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and German law:
– 14-day cooling-off period for all online purchases

3. Educational Services Cancellation

– 7-14 days before: 50% refund
– Less than 7 days: Transfer to future date (once only)
