It also cannot be built only by collecting partner names from different countries. Communication, dissemination and exploitation partners<\/h3><p class=\"western\">Communication and dissemination should not start after the project is approved. In a strong mission proposal, they support stakeholder mapping, engagement, uptake, replication and long-term visibility from the beginning.
